News and Information

Jan's work is currently on display at the Metro Montage X Exhibition at the Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art, Marietta, GA, the ARTstation Member Juried Exhibition #3, at the ARTstation Gallery in Stone Mountain, GA, included in the Watercolor Society of Alabama’s 69th National Juried Exhibition on display in Troy, AL, and at the Artist Guild of Northwest Georgia 2nd Fine Art Juried Competition also on display at the Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art. Her work may also be viewed on the Missouri Watercolor Society’s Invitational Winter and Spring online exhibition. Additionally, her work has been accepted and displayed in the Southern Watercolor Society’s 33rd National Exhibition in Paducah, KY, the 14th Annual Heartland Artists’ Exhibition, Merriam, KS, the Rome Art Coterie’s 8th National Juried Exhibition, Rome, GA, and the ARTstation’s Member Juried Exhibition #2, in Stone Mountain, GA. Jan is honored to have her work featured on the Southern Watercolor Society and the Artist Guild of Northwest Georgia exhibit announcements and the banner at the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art.

Jan's work was also selected from a National Competition to be featured on the Winter 2009 cover of The Missouri Watercolor Society's Official Publication, "Watercolor Studio."


 Jan Ross has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Iraqi Women's Art Exchange (IWAE).  This non-profit organization supports Iraqi women who have not had the opportunity to enjoy freedom of expression through art and now have such an opportunity to participate in visual art classes.  Please visit the IWAE website at:  http://www.iraqiwomensart.org  for more information.
